Ever wish you could text a CEO and tell him how disappointed/happy/livid/ecstatic you were about the customer service provided by their company?
Imagine my surprise when I saw the option to text the CEO of Scentiments.com on their customer service page (see screenshot below).
I tried it out, asking how long it takes for an in-stock order to get to Topeka, Kansas. 44 minutes later, I got a response saying that it would take about 7 days for shipping. Excellent!
Offering a variety of communication portals is vital to providing a high level of customer service. These can range from traditional phone calls and emails to live chat, Twitter, and now texting CEO’s!
What’s next, carrier pigeons? Smoke signals?
