I’ve decided to officially start my own blog to help all of you online shoppers uncover the best deals and features from the Web’s highest quality online retailers. Since no one likes to buy from shady or frustrating retailers, I will only focus my attention on the very best when it comes to customer service.
As a Senior Analyst at STELLAService, I have an intimate knowledge and understanding of hundreds of the country’s leading online retailers, and our team of evaluation analysts continues to test more and more retailers each day. Since I’m constantly seeing great deals and features on e-commerce sites throughout the Web, I thought it would make sense to share that all of you – the savvy’est online shoppers.
For each interesting deal or tip I come across, I will be sure mention the retailer’s STELLAService Rating, which will give you a sense for the overall quality that site’s customer experience. Let’s face it, it’s not always worth the free shipping or the 20% off promotion if you’re going to get stuck arguing with a customer service agent or trapped with a product that arrives late or is impossible to return.
